Manager SAP Basis Operation Managing a multinational team of over 30 (19 internal and 11 external) high skilled SAP Basis consultants and 2 project managers. Responsible for SAP Basis services provided to the CoC’s (IT departments in Plants) for the SAP systems taken over. Set up the SAP Basis team from scratch. Recruiting, structuring, coaching and leading the team which provides SAP Basis consultancy services to IT experts in plants and coordinates and delivers the SAP Basis operation.

Managing a team of over 12 systems engineers & 17 technical staff. Responsible for the day-to-day IT requirements of the company such as management of systems, servers and application operation and providing IT services and user management, trouble shooting, help and advice. Operating of local area networks, IT security and telecommunications.

Managing a team of highly qualified 9 business consultants. Responsible for providing process, system and IT consultancy across the organization and for the application management of the software used in product development, production and logistics departments.

Managing a team of 4 business consultants. Overall budgeting and SLA Management and governance processes within IT. Otimization and integration of company processes and structure, documentation of company processes, analysis of the effects of the new projects, development of Company Guidelines.

Managing a team of 6 business consultants. Implementation and introduction of Engineering Data Management/Product Data Management Systems at the company like in-house PDM system of Daimler GIS (Geometry Information System) and the document management system or supplier integration system. Implementation of FEM Systems like Medina, Nastran, Permas and Ansys and integration of CAD / CAM /CAQ systems.
