My main responsibilities are: - Implementation of production methods like 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, Lean Management. - Production, control and planning of the whole production and logistic processes and team. - Maintenance management according to TPM. - Research and feasibility of investment for new machines & molds. Managing purchasing, inspection, installation and training processes for new investments.

Adel is the biggest stationary company in Turkey and Faber-Castell / Germany is the shareholder of Adel. My main responsibilities are: - Maintenance management according to TPM. - Design, implementation and management of spare parts and procurement process. Total budget is USD 2.5mio. - New factory lay-out and machine transportation plan studies on the basis of lean management. - Coordination during relocation of the factory in 2015 in line with lean production management.

- Production, control and planning of all plastics parts injection molding, assembly, watercolor and eraser production departments. - Research and feasibility of investment for new machines & molds. Managing purchasing, inspection, installation and training processes for new investments. - Implementation of production methods like 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, Lean Management.

Sekiso is % 100 Japanese plastics parts Manufacturer Company as a supplier of Toyota Motor Corp. of Turkey. - Production, control and planning of the whole production and logistic processes and team. - Planning and executing maintenance activities. - Improving production performance of the facility. - New Factory layout design according to lean production management. - New machine investment, purchasing, inspection, installation and training.

Galsan Plastics is the supplier of Toyota, Fiat, Hyundai, Honda, Ford, Renault, Mercedes-Benz, Arçelik, Vestel, LG and some of the Tier1 suppliers. - Leading and coordinating of the new project process from the offer phase to the mass production. - Performing cost analysis of new parts and preparation of quotations. - One of my achievements in this company is to increase the total sales of Galsan by Eur 4 mio. and indirectly mold production has increased by Eur 3 mio.

Tekkan Plastics is the supplier of Arcelik - Preparation of the quality handbook, procedures and production instructions. - Preparation of the procedures about ISO9000 Quality Standard. After this process we got ISO9002 Quality Certificate. - Preparation for the process and system audits made by ARCELİK A.S.
