Management of all production engineering activities of the Washing Machine Plant in Istanbul. Authorization responsibilities of all investments in the plant (15-20 mio €/year), parts suppliers (~500 mio €/year), facility layout projects, manufacturing equipment, die, mold, tool, etc. suppliers, blue collar headcounts and roles (~1500 blue collar). Management of activities in MTM, feasibility studies, internal logistics, process analysis & auditing, etc. Also supervision for plants in China & Russia.

Leadership & mentoring in systems development projects for computer aided automation systems & business process applications; management of 22 personnel, 1mio € expenditure budget & 1.5mio € investment budget yearly; studies on Total Production Management (TPM), Project Management, ITIL.

Project leader & member roles in various projects. Worked on data acquisition, signal processing & analysis systems, quality control systems implementations, graphical programming tools, daha visualization, genetic & fuzzy algorithms.

I was responsible of management of most IT systems (i.e., computers, servers, and networking) of R&D Center of Arcelik AS. I had roles such as (1) Leadership in systems development projects for business process applications; (2) Server systems administration of department network; (3) Project membership for foundation of a Project Management System implementation for R&D Center.

Project leader & member roles in various projects. Worked on ERP systems in AS400 systems, accounting softwares development.
