Responsible for the program modules: Pricing, Order Change Management, Quoting & Partner Relationship Management. Led Siebel CPQ deployments for GEHC DI International in Europe, MEA, Asia. Led development of Siebel Partner Portal and Piloting in Turkey and Vietnam. Gathered and analyzed user requirements & defined respective system specifications for the modules within my area of responsibility, worked closely with IT-Developers for an adequate implementation within given system constrains.

Assure all orders in EE and MEA are in accordance with GE product specifications & Customer compliance in accordance with GE Compliance Standards. Assessment of Shipping Agencies and creation of recommended agencies as per country with respect to transit times & transport costs for internal use by OTR PMCs. Negotiated shipping costs and improved shipping costs & provided services. Set up and maintenance of CRM tools territory alignment to ERP Cost Centers by customers.

Defined system design through business needs and worked closely with the developers to improve the CRM System continuously. Successfully deployed the CRM Tool Sales Workbench to entire Ultrasound EMEA direct and indirect sales regions. Streamlined the Quoting, Pricing Approval procedures as well as the order entry processes in accordance with system constrains and operational local needs. Planned and conducted training for Sales & backoffice teams.

Implementation & deployment schedules and resource estimates. Drafted and implemented efficient administrative and operational processes to leverage the benefit of the new CRM platform. Achieved the German Workers Council approval for the roll out. Organized the distribution of the quoting and ordering tool updates and new releases. Provided User Training and daily user support. In addition prepared and moderated the regional weekly forecasting calls (RRU)
