The project was created three years ago in partnership with a peruvian orphanage in order to make it entirely independent in a long term. Our aim is to reach 8,000 euros this year. Negociated sponsoring as an active member of the association from 2011 to 2012 Recruiting the department managers (Communication, sponsoring, sensibilization) Defining the strategy according to the objectives Checking the progress of the team work Motivating all the members (30 students)

Leading the weekly meetings Making decision on the strategy and organization of the association Created an information system classifying the processes and the important information in order to improve the internal communication

Analyzed the Energy Saver market (Green IT) Presented the analysis to the team of managers Created arguments to negociate this new product Designed the marketing supports
