Marc, a former chef in Michelin-starred restaurants, is Associate Professor of Service Management and the Founding Director of the Institute of Business Creativity at EHL. He is an internationally recognized expert in creativity, aesthetics, and sensory knowing and the creator of a number of highly successful executive education programs. Marc is an experienced board professional both in the academic and business world.
