* Responsible for Skeleton, Wiring harness production (Truck and Bus), Pipe shop departments in MAN Bus Plant in Ankara. * Execution of 2 managers, 15WC employees, ~1.000 BC employees * Skeleton Production for Ankara: 15 units/day. Welding, bonding of polyster/FRP parts onto the skeleton * Harness Production for Starachowice&Ankara Bus plants by modular system: 24 units/days. * Harness Production for Munich & Krakow Truck plants: 140 units/days. * 5S, KPI, Lean management, process management,productivity.
