- Effective and successful implementation of Manufacturing IoT based projects with industrial companies for Smart Factory - Operating, following, and managing the processes of ProManage IoT implementation projects respecting the customer team and our software team needs. - Tracking and communicating project status, plans, timelines, action items, and budgets. - Ensure the project is executed in accordance with the approved plan by using Agile and Waterfall principles

- Technical responsibility during the complete life-cycle of International Projects - Preparation of quotations including selection of mechanical seals and supply systems - Definition of delivery times and IP cost base - Interface for the technical clarifications between customer and engineering mechanical seals and supply systems - Review of project specifications and preparation of specification lists

Conducting the procurement processes about raw materials, consumable materials for production, indirect, administrative, facility equipment’s, maintenance & services Following the logistics procedures, purchasing contracts management & follow up of negotiation processes Invoicing, payments & current reconciliation processes, cost stabilizations & planning all operational activities under time management for sustaining the supply chain in CSUN

During my internship at Siemens Kocaeli factory I worked in the Energy Management department in the Medium Voltage Line. In this position, I learned about SAP and Siemens’ own drawing and documentation systems. I also observed parts of the factory such as production and assembly lines which provided me knowledge about the production of electric panels.
