I observed that analyzing the data properly is the most important thing while applying analytics methods. We have achieved customer satisfaction by analyzing the data and using it according to customer demand. Our most important tool was "Heat Map" which transformed the data into a simple chart. In this way, we have expanded our customer profile and became the second fastest growing B2B company in the world by Business Insider in 2015.
