Centralized purchases via SAP based on inventory, forecasts, and safety stock to support marketing promotions and sales demand. Roll Out for implementation and training of SAP APO as a tool for product repurchase to operational logistics personnel. Responsible of measurement and reporting Dashboard KPIs such as fill rate, fulfillment, forecast accuracy, working capital and day sales in inventory.
