Responsible for consultative selling to SOE, POE and MNC clients for trade finance and cash management products; Maintain the business relationship of existing customers and further explore and enhance the depth of cooperation; Identify market demand and mandate transactions by coordinating with departments; Maintain a healthy and stable customer base and control risk; Close cooperation with other departments to meet customer's business needs and provide quality services.

Responsible for the full sale of cash management and trade finance products for corporate clients; Actively carry out business development, complete sales KPI; Understand customer's business needs and strategic objectives, to provide clients with tailor-made cash management or trade finance solutions; Follow the market trend and assist product departments to develop new products.

Conduct/verify KYC for new corporate customers and follow up for business updates, annual review etc.; Manage and provide customized services to VIP and normal customers and help to resolve clients’ operational problems by coordinating with different business groups; Coordinate the launch of payroll, cash withdrawal, batch payment, counter service, etc.; Cross-sell and conduct training to other departments.

Corporate/personal LCY/FCY a/c opening, a/c closing, daily maintenance, e-banking and related system reporting; Issuance of Audit Confirmations and different bank letters; Successful referral for Premier Customer; Won the internal price of “Best New Employee” of OPS.

Make plans for different English learners(16~50 years old) and assist teaching of foreign teachers; Make Workflow of private teachers and organize outdoor salon classes.
