I have been working for about five years as software engineer in Level 3 support for Tivoli Netcool OMNIBus Web GUI. I also dedicated smaller amounts of my utilization to maintain and support the following offerings: • Runbook Automation • Alert Notification • Tivoli Business Service Manager (TBSM) Level 3 support is a hybrid job type involving software development, solutions architecture, advanced configuration support and issue resolution across different applications, platforms and middleware.

My work consisted in: •Defining, documenting and discussing the architecture of the new main company product. •Developing the core component of the new company product. •Developing the transport library referenced by a number of services in the system. •Owning deployments and continuous integration on different server environments •Driving dev-ops meetings

My job consisted in: •Developing complex software solutions for internal and external clients. •Providing technical and senior knowledge engineering expertise. •Liaising with business and internal departments. •Acting as the reference contact for customers or prospects in a number of projects. •Participating in the definition of Operations department-wide processes. •Designing the architecture for, and coding the knowledge bases of the Virtual Assistants in 4 languages.

My job consisted in: •Managing the client database. •Providing customer care services (inbound/outbound). •Accounting and administration (using SAP). •Providing internal IT support to the team.
