Managed power pack development projects with PMP (Project Management Professional) methodologies. Project schedule management, contract preparation and management, project budget control and management, stakeholder management, risk and change management. Closely managed communications to ensure the team doesn’t miss any undocumented work. Reported and presented project status to project sponsor and stakeholders.

Deep understood of business processes and protocols, from the factory to sales. Analysed requirements to make fit them into the ERP software, testing the newly developed functions, and solving challenging problems of software users. Worked in a scrum team, developed MVP in 2 weeks sprint. 6 patent applications from business workflow on ERP software logic.

During my master thesis program, as a TA, I was responsible for problem-solving sessions, grading, and proctoring of exams. My TA courses were "Project Management"​, "Decision Economics"​ and, "Decision Analysis"​. Teaching and explaining the key points of a topic improved my communication skills.

Two different projects were completed. One was related to layout studies about the packaging area of refrigerator and the other was about a part design for a type of built-in refrigerator. The design has been secured by a patent in Turkey, Europe, and the USA.
