• Drive planning improvements and automation of planning processes in the areas of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Supply Network Planning and TLB-planning for all sites globally with the ambition to reduce working capital and improve Service Level, while maximizing asset utilization and reducing cost for the organization.

• Manage demand planning activities for the South Europe region. • Develop in-house analytics tools and secure implementation to support better visibility in Supply Chain & increase efficiency.

• In addition to the existing demand management role as Demand Planner MEIA, taken up logistics management responsibility for the region with the aim to optimize for logistics costs. Saved costs around 240k EUR in one year compared to default logistics options, by increasing the rate of direct deliveries from producing plants and finding more cost-effective transport methods.

• Sole responsible of demand planning activities in the organization with 1400+ SKUs for 50+ customers in 40+ countries in the region Middle East, India and Africa. Ensuring existence of reliable forecasts across the supply chain and aligning supply from all EU plants with the region demand. • Build and drive the monthly S&OP process for region Middle East & East Africa and South Africa.

• Taking responsibility of end-to-end supply chain management for all Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Turkey General Medicine & Diagnostic Imaging products. • Execute product demand plans and ensure smooth and continuous supply of products to the market. • Manage the activities required to develop safety stock levels that support the service level targets by product, while optimizing the inventory levels. • Active user of SAP PP & SAP SCM (APO) modules.

• Led the pilot study on the project Supplier Managed Inventory with Consignment Stock and presented an annual saving of 90k EUR to Bayer Turkey top management. • Acted as liaison between the internal stakeholders, toll manufacturer and the third party supplier and ensured successful implementation of the pilot process.

• Created and maintained material master data as SAP MM Key User. Acted as liaison between global master data management and local business functions to meet business requirements. • Reduced average completion time of all master data forms by 44%, from 72 to 40 days. • Supported launch projects and change management processes by sharing business-ready information with all involved parties.

• Prepared monthly reporting of a customer analytics project for a mobile operator in South Africa. • Supported research and assisted in the preparation of proposals.

• Implemented direct shipment method to distributors for the distribution of company's detergent segment of 5 SKUs as a team of 3 students. • Worked in close collaboration with the in-house Supply Chain & Logistics team and reduced transportation, inventory holding and material handling costs by up to USD600/day and presented findings to P&G Turkey top management.
