Analyzing, solving, and reporting of inbound clarification cases (delivery discrepancies). • Monitoring of incoming goods, checking delivery discrepancies, communicating with cross functional teams and warehouse to solve the issues. Closely aligned and co-ordinated with Procurement team, Category Management and Warehouse. • Supporting my team and worked on data Visualization (e.g False booking correction, serial number correction).

Processing delivery notes of inbound shipments and make sure it is correctly updated into the inventory. • Placing orders (Order review) for the MFC. To ensure the quantities ordered are sufficient to cover the daily sales. • Improving and maintaining the inventory accuracy, product availability within warehouse via counting initiatives. • To reduce the incident rates and align with the manager & supply chain team to communicate problems that may occur in terms of inventory or delivery.
