As Business Analyst I have the role of Product Owner in this project. I take care of the backlog and requirements gathering from business.

As Project Manager my responsibility is to make sure all business requirements get implemented on time and budget. The resource allocation and reservation as well as the financial planning and periodic reporting are also part of the tasks.

As Project Manager I am in charge of evaluating the integration partners and select the right product based on the requirements the business has transmitted. As technical lead, my responsibility is to make sure that all the elements of the solution work well together and bring the evolving IT system Urech needs to overcome current and future challenges.

As chief architect my responsibility is the technological strategy for the developments and making sure that all the software employed by the platform works well together and can be maintained as a coherent whole. As chief developer, I mentor the junior developers in the team and take on the role of adviser and SCRUM master to allow them to achieve their goals.

The project DWH@SIS aims to build a Datawarehouse for the Swiss statistics bureau as a whole but its first goal is to produce the results for the sensus 2010 which will be published in 2011. This will be a 60 TB Warehouse built on Oracle. I am responsible for the data architecture of the warehouse

The project IT Business Intelligence Suite will produce a Scorecard and a Dashboard for the Credit-Suisse CIO and Senior managers of the IT organization. The solution is based on an Oracle Database with Hyperion Interactive Reporting for ROLAP and Hyperion Essbase with Analyzer for MOLAP

I am in charge of the analysis and the development coordination of a booking adapter that is to interface between the OTC Options trading system and the Accounting system
