I lead and work closely with our creative and marketing teams to help communicate and bridge the gap between a companies products and services and their buyer's needs. Additionally, I - Organize and control daily operations - Regularly meet with department heads to review individual and team goals - Oversee all departments and ensure they are reaching department goals - Set goals, initiatives, and standards for production

- Creative script writing - Storyboarding - Character and scene design - Simply explain complex products or services

- Help create and/or establish brands for products and services in western Europe (mostly in Germany). - Develop design strategies in conjunction with social media marketing strategies to enhance the outward appearance of a company or product. - Work with a team of skilled creatives to produce top level work in the form of print material, websites and videos (animated and live).

-Reach preset sales goals each week -Aid customers with finding the complete solution for their computer needs -Build and maintain good customer relations
