Here I was responsible for the production of GA Plans, elevations, sections, fire safety plans, 3D sketches, design, detailing and construction drawings as well as forming work packages for submission including roof structure and external walls. Working freelance in an office with 7 employees and assisting in a variety of refurbishment projects including residential, office and industrial buildings with clients ranging from small investors to global companies. Using Vectorworks, I assisted in the production of initial scheme designs, detailed and construction drawings as well as forming tender packages including schedules and specifications. I also supported senior members of staff with Due Diligence reports for German and international investors.
