• Partnered with customer operations teams to obtain information such as space, power, and fiber availability along the optical DWDM routes • Created documentation and applicable drawings required for installation, turn-up, inventory, and configuration of transport equipment deployed into the Verizon, Google and AT&T networks • Authored customer specific Use Cases for MTS1 and hiT7500 as well as hiT7300 ROADMs, OLRs and OTTs including 10G, 40G and 100G Optical Transponder and Regenerator racks.
