- Planning and generation of financial statements in cooperation with local and international stakeholders - Budgeting and reporting of headcount, personnel costs and overheads for multiple entities - Support of the Senior Finance Management in projects (efficiencies, organizational development, stakeholder management) and regular presentation of results - Balance sheet planning including working capital analyses - Process optimization and transformation of the Shared Service Center organization

- Consolidation, analysis and presentation of the volume and financial ratios / performance indicators of all regional markets - Support of the Regional management in the financial planning process and regarding the control over the monthly/quarterly/annual results - Close cooperation with financial departments in EU markets to implement global/regional initiatives and to optimize processes

- Balance sheet planning and working capital management for all German and Austrian Philip Morris companies - Monitoring of transactions inside and outside the Philip Morris companies - Co-Management of the Philip Morris pension fund, including selection and coordination with external partners (e.g. asset managers)
