Self initiated career break in order to pursue my passion for mountains and photography which led me to climb 6.000+ meter peaks in Nepal and initially led me to settle down in the Alps in Innsbruck, Austria, where I am now living ready for new challenges.

I work together with various headhunting firms in the larger Copenhagen Area on a freelance basis as I assist them by finding the right candidates for their clients as well as I attend in client meeting at Cxx level as advisor.

Responsible for search and recruitment solutions within Operations on the Danish and Nordic market, i.e. supply chain, logistic, production, engineering and procurement positions. • Establishing professional network within the Danish consumer sector • Business development activities and personal sales budget • Providing general counseling on strategic recruitment for my clients at Cxx level • Client assessment and career counseling

• Assisting small and medium size Danish companies finding their new IT employees through direct and mass marketing activities + helping selecting the right candidates. • Responsibilities include: presale, search, match, copywriting, interviews, selection; presentation. • Project Manager for a business development team creating and implementing a strategy for “IT-Jobindex”.

PA for the owner of SUMO in connection with SUMO’s involvement in Copenhagen Photo Festival, which was started by them. The Festival ran for 2 weeks in May 2010 in CPH. • Examples of tasks: Producing PR materials; launching Facebook campaign; managing and setting up budgets for the festival.

• Designing, planning and conducting architecture tours for national and international clients such as AIA (American Institute of Architects), representatives of OECD + several studios from all of Europe as well as Danish organizations. • Tasks included: Planning & organization of tours; verbal and written communication on a professional level in English and Scandinavian languages; exhibitions presentations at DAC.
