I was responsible for configuration, maintaining and deployment of an enterprise security infrastructure. I did a problem analysis, recommended solutions to meet business objectives. Assisted the end-user and external customers in requesting security variances and implementation of subsequent configuration change requests.

Cloud network: I provided support, troubleshooting and consulting services for customers. I was responsible for implementing network solutions in a virtual network environment based on VMware NSX-V to fulfil customers’ requirements.

I was project engineer at the PS core swap project. I was managing front-line engineers, developing solutions and coordinating with project manager to secure all required resources. Management of the network operation center human resources involved in a project, creating and planning schedules, forecasting the need for engineering and equipment resources.

I was responsible for operation & maintenance of the SAE gateways (Cisco ASR5k GGSN/S-GW/P-GW/PCEF combined node), performed full circle of the regular maintenance tasks: software updates, hardware replacements and upgrades, adding new mobile network elements into existing network infrastructure and monitoring systems (Cacti, Cisco Prime), handling service requests.

• Improving mobile core network quality through root cause analysis of mobile network problems and proposing solutions based on 3GPP standards and vendor's documentation. • Troubleshooting mobile network issues through analysis of mobility management and session management statistics data and subscribers’ complaints. Achievements: • Developed and implemented an approach to monitor quality of data connections of mobile B2B clients. This monitoring approach allowed to perform a swap of B2B SAE gateways.

Least Cost Routing (LCR) project coordinator: • Providing technical and administrative project support. Development of integration solutions with existing Operational Support Systems (OSS). Providing cross team coordination during project integration with service provider’s infrastructure. Achievements: • The LCR project was successfully implemented within eight MegaFon branches.

Radio network construction plans profitability assessment: • Estimating voice traffic values for uncovered geographical areas through existing network statistics and geographical data analysis. Calculating monthly revenue and average cost per minute for uncovered areas using received data. Complement base station construction plans with received data. Achievements: • Base station profitability assessment business process was developed and implemented.
