Followed up on prior to loan documentation conditions and prior to funding conditions, managed my loan pipeline and expedited closings.

Inbound and outbound sales. I was an inbound and outbound sales associate. I closed between 5 and 9 loans a month, making the top 10 in sales five months in a row. My job was to answer customer questions. I did this through open ended questions, getting the prospect to tell me what their fears and desires were. Taking time to listen and having a respect for their feelings gained me their confidence and through that I proceeded to pre-qualify and if qualified to open the loan.
