I have taken on the role of a team member during parental leave on an interim basis. Within this time, I took over all tasks and responsibilities and ensured that we as a refinery submitted all relevant data correctly and in high quality, especially during very intensive and time-critical processes such as the quarterly closing, forecast updates and plan submissions.

- Implemented two Tableau based cost reports for the refinery combining several SAP and Excel reports to enable a transparent and automated overview of costs - Part of the Cost Improvement Programme developing several KPIs to ensure successful project completion and achieve cost savings of $ 10-15m - Part of the project team within a SmartSpend event providing cost details and participate in meetings with budget holders and external consultants to deliver 20% sustainable cost reduction in third party costs

- Development of a Power BI Dashboard for bp's authorities to enable a prompt and efficient review them - Collected potential deficiencies detected by external audit and analysed mitigating controls which reduced the number of deficiencies to a minimum - Managed Incidents/Gaps to ensure process improvements and robust control environment by implementing effective controls - Completed transition of several activities to GBS without delays in transfer phase what led to a smooth business continuity

- Development of a project plan to ensure the successful implementation of the project within a very short time - Analyse and mapping out of the existing systems which are used to measure the performance of various oil rigs to identify any similarities that can be reduced to agree on a consistent approach for all oil rigs for performance measurement - Recommend simplification actions for the future performance tracking which was used in the Global Wells Organisation (GWO) North Sea performance Plans
