I ran Figma workshops to familiarise the students with this prototyping tool. At the end of the nine-week boot camp, all 24 students were capable of building interactive high-fidelity prototypes including (micro-) animations. I mentored the student’s work and gave feedback on their projects to help them improve and achieve their goals over the course of the nine weeks and finally to graduate successfully.

I managed a talented and creative team of three visual designers. As a key stakeholder of the broader design department, I focused on operational delivery, process management, leadership, and quality control.

I consulted account managers and clients on design and product practices and collaborated with developers. I ran workshops for the global production design team in our offices in Germany and Romania to facilitate the company-wide adoption of Adobe Animate – a software to build animated HTML5 banners.

As a more senior member of the team, I often worked on tier-one clients such as HelloFresh, Nissan, and Gtech. These projects had an e-commerce focus and included animated and programmatic display advertising, email marketing, social media, and Digital Assistant – an onsite engagement tool.

I worked together with editors and news agencies such as Reuters and DPA. As all of the productions were live broadcasts, time was really of the essence. I therefore quickly accustomed my working pattern to facilitate time-sensitive deadlines.
