Michael Ruzidowic

Currently I work for Coreteam a global leader in the workday environment focusing both on company advisory and specific recruitment needs. I come already with a little over a year experience in the recruitment sector, specializing in the DACH market. There I was focused on Recruitment in C-Level, Middle Management and IT for key industries dedicated to mobility and international positions all over the world. Previously to that I worked at Zankyou where I was a result-driven team player/leader, who experienced to build and grow a successful business branch for Zankyou. Due to the various departments I had to take care of such as: Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Business Development and being responsible for a team, at its peak of 15 people, has helped me develop into a multidisciplinary Manager/Sales Manager. I have a multicultural background, being German, but grown up in Spain and having studied four different languages. Speaking 3 fluently.
