New business development for the B&B Hotels Startup in Brazil. Active search for opportunities for new investors, projects, conversions and acquisitions for budget hotels. Business and contract negotiation, budgets, development plans and board capex requests are also within my contributions. Structuring of marketing planning, selection and hiring of agencies, supervision of the execution of the marketing plan and special campaigns.

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager of the former 230 room Imperial Othon in Fortaleza, Caerá, Brazil. Staff of 70 employees, three kitchens, two restaurants and a convention center.

Supervision and coordination of the Food and Beverage operation and staff of 8 employees, reporting directly to the general manager. The resort is located in the Pantanal, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
