I was responsible for a new product/business area, ecommerce and finance tech, and quickly became a subject matter expert in this field. I successfully managed day to day operations and implemented the new strategy. I was driving fast paced hiring, building a complete tech department from scratch in a very short time frame. We built up a very flexible and lightweight hiring process, which made us very nimble in attracting candidates with different role requirements and hiring them successfully.

I was in charge for several cross-functional agile delivery teams and for overseeing the design, creation, delivery and operation of a range of ecommerce travel products and solutions across multiple markets. Together with my peers we had a shared responsibility for the overall business outcomes for their area including a set of strategic OKRs and KPIs.

As well as building world-class product teams, consisting of internal and external colleagues, that where accountable end-to-end from insight to development, go-to-market and leading operational improvements, I was in charge of the technical vision, strategy and roadmapping and its execution. Supporting the business with the right solutions at the right time we constantly managed to have remarkable growth rates.
