Development and management of Amazon Payments Germany as a "company within the company"; Responsible for AmazonPay, including sales, account management, partner management and marketing. Lead Preparation of annual plan and reporting to Luxembourg (EU) and Seattle (HQ). My work formed the basis for the current success of AmazonPay in Germany and beyond.

Establishment of a non-cash division within the group; acquisitions of ComCard (smart card personalization) and iclear AG (payment service provider).
