This department is the highest customer service that is offered and deals with any issues that require sensitive attention. If our executives need something taken care of, it is put to our department to resolve. It is apart of our job to meet our changing responsibilities with great ease. Being wherever we are needed at a moments notice. Some of the things that are handled: -Responding to Better Business Bureau complaints -Attorney General contacts -Monitoring potential scammers -Personal injury issues

In this role I was assisting customers who had asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. The most important aspect of this role is listening to the customer and the issues that they are experiencing. Providing a solution that promotes a positive experience for the customer.

In this role I was in charge of assisting customers from the moment the issue began until it was completely resolved. This required a firm understanding of policies, and also a complete dedication to helping people get what they ordered. It is all about the customer's experience being the best possible with anyone they come in contact with. I dealt with issues primarily pertaining to large parcel deliveries.

Giving world class customer service to our customers. I assisted customers with small parcel order issues and assisting customers with website navigation.

Outbound calls to potential clients.

Repairing and installing sprinkler systems.

Was a cashier for Macey's (grocery store). Duties also were to help customers find products, and bring in the shopping carts from the cart stalls.
