Budget-Verantwortung: €40Mio. Effektives vorantreiben des CDV-Geschäfts und Asset Planning Session-Vertriebskonzepts für den Geschäftsbereich Bildgebungsmodalitäten (CT, MR). Identifizieren möglicher CDV Geschäftschancen (Bottom-up-Analyse, Erstellung von Geschäftsplänen, Entwicklung von Absatzförderung) Operatives Funnel-Management (Forecasts für das CDV-Geschäft). Schnittstelle zwischen dem Customer Development (CDV) und dem lokalen Ländermanagement, dem Vertriebsteam und den Kunden.

Development of the in-house high-throughput microscopic imaging and analysis platform, BCI-based neural gadgets, and transition to commercialization. Help establish and build up a subsidiary in China.

Domestic sales and primary support of high-end biomedical imaging and confocal microscopy systems by providing technical imaging expertise and establishing sound business plans to achieve sales budget for assigned territory. Achieved new national Nikon sales record in 2011.

Domestic and global support of high-throughput/high-content bio-imaging systems by diagnosing and resolving product performance issues including hardware, software, and application related issues.

Led hardware design and development of High-Content & High-Throughput Continuous Scanning Imaging System. Responsible for the BCI imaging system in the Chemical Library Screening Center at Burnham, including technical support, assay development and training of Burnham's scientists.

Integral contributor to Cell Imaging design team; was involved in all aspects of hardware development and system integration of innovative, fully automated Cell Imaging and Analysis system. Provided leadership role to promptly and successfully transfer Q3DM’s cellular imaging system design into Beckman Coulter’s production pipeline.

Lead engineer for hardware development and system integration of automated High Throughput microscopy imaging System (HTS).
