Responsible for high quality Test Environment delivery to Business Projects in waterfall management model: Duties:  Test Environment Application Support and defect management in Tracking System; - Smoke Testing Automation using Mercury QuickTestPro; - SIT and UAT support; - Production Deployment support; - Workflow Processes management according to CMM level 2.
