Responsibilities: Establishment of monthly production forecasts in cooperation with sales- and country management team Production planning together with the plants and warehouses based in HQ in Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Portugal. Initiation and preparation of global shipments and deliveries in cooperation with HQ. Check- and controlling (pricing & units) of appropriate invoices and delivery documentation

Responsibilities: Rolling forecast planning for divisions „Med. Delivery“ (abt. 180 products) and „Renal“ (abt. 160 products). Responsibility for warehouse storage and product-safety & smooth flow of the goods Checking and controlling of appropriate logistic environment, quality regulations and logistic policies. Responsibility for the timely delivery of goods to designated places Maintenance of the product-, logistic flow-, and delivery data in the respective systems (record tracking) a.s.o.

Responsibilities: Structuring and performing competitor and product analysis on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly) (Bioscience and Medication Delivery – totally 270 products) Documenting market development in the respective businesses (e.g. vaccines, plasma products, hemophilia, …) Constructing business case and market analysis (e.g. market share, sales, ...) for marketing and sales departments. Achievements: Implementation of pharmaceutical market research tools from IMS a.s.o.

Responsibilities: Handling of customer requests (orders, samples, service tools...) Billing (pharmacies, commissions) Handling of returns and reclamations System maintenance (product and customer master files)
