As a Erasmus student in the group of Kristina Jonas I am working on bacterial cell cycle applying live-cell imaging.

I supported the group of Ulrich Rothbauer at the NMI as reserach assistant preparing buffer and media solution but I also worked on the characterization and advancement of chromobodies against the Wnt signaling component β-catenin using high-content microscopy, cloning, tissue culture.

In the Ikeda group I investigated the regulation of LUBAC by ubiquitination in adaptive immune response using immunoprecipitation, in-vitro-ubiquitination-assay, qPCR. Additionally, I was elected for the summer school student representative. Together with a team of summer school students, I was responsible for the organization of the scientific symposium where we presented our results.
