Leading a team of 23 people from different countries on a Project in Russia. Organizing excursions, events and round table discussions in the city area. Project finished with a final conference, hosting about 50 people from Krasnodar. My first leader position.

Shot promotional videos and photo sessions. Designed various POSM materials. Responsible for CMS and Social Media communication. Organized events (one with attempt of beating Guinness World Record). Prepared numerous analyses, presentations and reports for The Board. Conducted survey-based research among customers. Executed many different assignments in cooperation with all the departments. Designed brand new product labels in english in coordinatinon with marketing agencies. Prepared a price and market analysis in order to identify the possibility of expansion and presented the results to The Board. Assistance in training sessions for sales representatives.
