Managed risks and change requests. Achievements: Delivered monitoring for Seznam DC Nagoja—on time, on budget, coordinating 9 vendors. Created the project plan for expanding DC Kokura with a third hall.

Led development of ŠKODA Connect services within the VW Group using the SAFe framework. Responsible for strategic development of digital services for global markets. Managed complex dependencies within the ART, defined product visions, prioritized backlog, and led cross‑functional teams. Represented ŠKODA in international working groups and acted as a key link between development, IT, and other departments.
