Founder, shareholder, and Managing Director of Gaeta Gelato. Grew revenue at ~40% CAGR from ISK 50M in year one to ISK 200M (1.4M€) in 2023, maintaining a stable 25% EBITDA. Launched first store in May 2020 with in-house production, opened a second despite COVID. Expanded to two more stores in 2022, built wholesale network supplying 25 premium restaurants and major supermarkets, led 22 staff, established a 300 m² production facility, and sold the company in 2024 to a leading Icelandic investor group.

Oversaw daily operations for a premier hot spring spa resort, Fontana, in Iceland’s Golden Circle. Responsibilities included coordinating 12 person workforce, recruiting, training, shift scheduling and managing group visits. Applied organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operations at one of Iceland’s busiest tourist attractions during the country’s travel boom. At that time, annual revenue reached ISK 350M ( 2.4M Euro)

Founded Noxon Bike at 20 while studying and racing professionally for Soudal–Lee Cougan MTB Team. Designed and marketed high-performance bicycle components, specializing in wheel-sets for OEMs, pro teams, and athletes (e.g., Jhonatan Botero, 5th at Rio 2016). Expanded Italy via 15 B2B agents, Europe via 5 distributors, launched e-commerce. In 2017 acquired PMP Bike, integrated products, grew revenues to €500K, unified brands, sold in 2019; company remains active and profitable.
