Reporting to the SELA CEO with a dotted line to the European CFO the role includes following responsibilities: Providing financial information and analysis, preparing financial statement as required by IFRS & Italian GAAP as well as monthly reporting package (IFRS). Management of cash and treasury function. Ensuring financial controls are in place. Supervise payroll activity. Participation actively in the strategic planning for the local company. Manage relationship with external consultant.

Reporting to Business Support Manager the role includes following responsibilities: Drive budget process. Manage monthly closing (IFRS). Lead initiatives to integrate Fertilizer and Industrial finance department at regional level. Work with Sales department and business leader to suggest actions to push for growth.

Reporting to Managing Director the role includes following responsibilities: Preparing monthly financial and operational reporting for Local and Corporate Management (P&L, key indicators, margins by product/customer, monthly trends, expense detail). Develop controlling tools and KPI’s. Analyse Actual Performance versus budget or financial targets Preparing updated Financial Forecast and explaining significant variances SAP Superuser mod. FI.
