Create a value stream map in a compoundage workshop. Lead a Team work including managers and operators to analyze the 7 wastes in order to improve the work efficiency and emphasize the added value. Etude de l’influence des conditions d’extrusion sur la tenue aux chocs d’une formulation de PVC rigide chargée par du Carbonate de Calcium Précipité, par la mise en place de plans d’expériences et la caractérisation de l’état de gélification d’un PVC transformé.
