• Engaging with internal stakeholders to inform them about environmental topics and involve them in related activities • Analyzing environmental performance with a focus on waste management and material efficiency • Creation of an interactive Excel tool to calculate potential GHG emissions and respective costs associated with new office leases • Support in environmental performance reporting • Supporting in environmental data quality control

• Support in preparation for the yearly audit of the ECB’s environmental management system (registered under EMAS and certified under ISO 14001) • Assessment of data sources and support in collecting environmental data (e.g. waste, water, electricity consumption) • Conducting research and benchmarking of other environmental management systems • Organizing awareness raising activities (e.g. European Week for Waste Reduction)

• Assistance in organizing events and communication with students • Marketing of the study program (e.g. research of possible partners, communication in social media, etc.) • Analysis of data to be used by the program manager

• Processing clients' requests • Providing services related to banking operations, managing of accounts and balances

• Handling and filing customer documents • Working with databases according to specified processes

• Preparation and writing of official reports for international organizations (UN, EU) • Assistance in the planning and execution of the International Human Rights Film Festival, and other projects • Support in daily office duties such as translation and external communication • Research of information for the Stolpersteine project
