SimplicityBio’s vision is to become the leading provider of advanced algorithmic solutions, using multiple biomarkers simultaneously, for the In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) market. The biomarkers used in these algorithms are discovered, selected and prioritized by our proprietary software platform.

My main tasks and responsibilities include: (i) Thoroughly analyses and interprets data from various sources (e.g. microarray, nanostring, PCR) and provides added value to biologists by integrating statistical and machine learning results in their biological context and by relating data from diverse origins (ii) Applies state-of-the-art data analysis and statistical algorithms.
