I orchestrated and managed two large projects in Mexico City: The "Autopista Urbana Norte" (AUN), this is a toll highway inside Mexico City (over the "Mexico City Periferico") and the “Atizapán – Atlacomulco” (ATAT) Highway Project. I was Project Manager and I was on the charge to manage and to get the approval for both, AUN and ATAT projects, to communicate the project’s investors, clients, and sponsors what has been achieved and share the business case with the team members.

I managed the resources to build and made the planning before starting the construction. The planning was made applying some LEAN Construction and PMI standards. I built and managed High rise towers and high end – Mix Use buildings across Mexico (Puebla, Jalisco, Guerrero, Michoacán, and Mexico City). Malls also know as “usos mixtos”.
