Objective: To ensure the construction of the fourth bridge over the Panama Canal (at the entrance of the Pacific Canal of Panama) according to what is established in the contract. Main Responsibilities: - The establishment of the Quality Control Manual, Construction Works Method Statement of the different phases, Inspection Test Plans, Inspections Quality Control Forms, and Reports.

Objective: To ensure the construction of the expansion of the Port of PSA second phase (at the entrance of the Pacific Canal of Panama) according to what is established in the contract. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure the quality control in the construction of the support beams of gantry cranes, stacking beams and piles in situ. - Inspect the installation of rails for gantry cranes.

Objective: To ensure the construction of the expansion of the Port of PSA first phase according to what is established in the contract. Main Responsibilities: - Supervise the tests of materials (concrete, steel, rockfill, underlayer, and rock armor). - Inspect the construction of piles, columns, and concrete slabs in situ and prefabricated slabs. Main achievement: Decreased waiting times for field inspections.

Objective: To manage the construction of structural foundation projects and ensure compliance with the specifications issued by the head office. Main Responsibilities: - To Direct and inspect the construction of the piles, secant piles wall, diaphragm wall, and anchors. - Present progress reports of the works, method statement, and quality control plans in the sites involved. Main achievement: Implement a quality control plan for the execution of 1,350 anchors.

Objective: To guarantee the quality of the concrete Cemex Tocumen plant. Main Responsibilities: - Analyze the results of quality tests on used materials. - Attend and analyze customer complaints; design and implement strategies for the resolution of nonconformities. Main achievement: implement a plan of analysis of results and decision making thus reducing the adjustments of mixes and quality claims by 15%.

Objective: Implement recommendations for structures foundations through the analysis of the results of the materials tested in the laboratory. Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate and review the tests of the materials (soils, rocks and concrete) - Produce reports with results and recommendations Main Achievement: Design and execute a tracking plan of customers' satisfaction, increasing the portfolio by 80%.
