Dual Citizenship: Italian and Brazilian. Responsible for assist Rocket customers with questions and problems regarding the installation, setup, configuration and functionality of Rocket Software Mainframe Omegamon products, also troubleshooting reported symptoms to aid in the resolution process either directly for the customer or to help guide the development team in providing permanent solutions. Some tools used: CICS Transaction Server for z/OS, OMEGAMON Systems, z/OS JCL, ISPF, TSO.

Responsible for CICS Transaction Server subsystem infrastructure; dealing with IBM’s international clients; performing on the identification and solution of incidents and issues; scheduling and implementing changes on the costumer environment.Use the System Modification Program/Extended (SMP/E) to install and maintain CICS TS product libraries.Acting constantly at projects of implementation and upgrades of CICS subsystem, providing technical support and managing projects.

Monitoring the systems and performing problem determination when necessary before engage support teams. Always following IBM process and procedures in order to resolve the issue and/or requests as soon as possible without errors. Participated on IPL change window for several accounts helping zOS support to shutdown and IPL the systems. Main tools used: Console,HMC, ISPF, IOF, TSO, OMEGAMON, OMEGAVIEW, TWS, CA7, OPC,etc. Operational System z/OS.Console and tool operator, such as DB2, CICS, CA7 and MVS.
