Responsibilities: • Business case study and preparation considering the market situation, competitors and future growth of the business. Afterwards, I monitored the market and I was doing benchmark of the competitors. • Implementation of the business on social media, SEO construction, logistics and front office. • Business administration monitoring sales, social media, web health indicators, etc.… taking actions for continuous improvement.

• Discuss and define with engineers the strategy for each part and maintain the bill of material (BOM). • Coordinate Purchasing and Material Handling teams to buy and collect parts at suppliers • Interact with pilot plant and define build strategy, develop detailed build schedule and fixtures investments. • Constant investigation about innovative manufacturing technologies as additive manufacturing.

• Executive responsible to manage prototypes definition, planning and construction for all Ford global programs led by Ford South America including Budget management and approval. • Responsible to report regional Health Chart to Senior Management at Global forums, presenting complex information in an easy way. • 12 engineers as direct report and Member of People Development Committee responsible to track over 30 engineers (with weekly team meetings, career development and motivation techniques).

• Issue tracking and resolution in different programs during builds/Launch (DPAs, AIMs and concerns). • Leading activities related to supplier development and certification of parts quality (PPAP and ok-to-go). • SPOC in program management at São Bernardo for the Launch of the Ford Ka, as well Pacheco in Argentina during the launch of the Ranger, afterwards in Dearborn (USA) and the last was in China (Chongqing) with the Ford EcoSport.
