Als internationale Trainee arbeitete ich in verschiedenen Bereichen. In die Projektmanagement Office habe ich die Methode des Projektmanagements mitgestaltet, an der Kommunikation und Vorbereitung von Materialien mitgearbeitet und als Berater Unterstützung für Projektleitungen angeboten. Im Controlling habe ich die Situation zweier Projekte analysiert und Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung definiert. Von August 2018 bis Januar 2019 nahm ich Teil eine Ausbildung bei der Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG.

Executive management in the areas of financial management, strategic management, personnel management, and internal and external communication. Introducing agile processes and orienting into lean processes. Team leadership and project consulting. Providing non-refundable funds, continuing long-term strategic links and establishing new partnerships. Lead the most recognizable and prominent non-governmental organization for youth in Slovenia. Lead and motivated a dynamic team of 9 co-workers.

Project leader of Y.business program designed to transform new ideas into new businesses. Expert counselling with the "Made with Y" project. Project financial planning, cost tracking, planning and organization of project events. Reporting of costs on monthly and annual basis. I am the initiator, creator and organizer of the Y.business program for the 2016/2017 season. In the framework of the program and with personal counselling i have contributed to establishment of five new economic entities.

I was communication channel and linkage between three major stakeholders. Wholesalers from 5 countries (SSE region), central warehouse (HU) and financial center (BE). Responsibilities were monitoring stock levels in SAP, preparation of monthly reports for logistics and financial department. Preparation of monthly write-offs and credits. Professional and efficient communication with partners and flexibility for quickly addressing procurement challenges.

Organization of day-to-day business processes in the work office. Generation of new ideas for business process optimization, responsibility for organizational climate and culture along with responsibility for keeping and storing records of various purposes.
