Improved the existing electric battery cell processing equipment and devices, helped preparing the concept for the future production line (pre-mass production) - Subcontracted at Lilium GmbH. Realized manual and assisted assembly instructions for the EV aircraft propulsion motors - Subcontracted at Lilium GmbH. Designed and supervised the external production for industrial devices and industrial furniture - freelancer for a two of small companies.

Design of parts and assemblies, function plans, execution and assembly drawings, change descriptions. Perform specific technical documentation for manufacturing and implementation, technical support, train and supervise, check the mechanical design. Establish the manufacturing timeline, technical support, equipment’s Buy-offs. Organize the on-site implementation, technical support at client site, ensure the functionality and timelines.

Internal and external audits, support for maintaining ISO 9001, work instructions, technical documentation, new process. Risk Management for all departments. Implementation of new processes, equipment, continuous improvement of the processes. Designed new devices, processes in order to improve work, standardize, reduce delivery time, improve productivity and quality. Prepare the specific lean reports, 5S implementation, process monitoring and status reporting, coordinated the Lean manufacturing .

Layout design for the new offices, production, assembly, logistics building (concept of architecture and subdivision plan, machines and workplaces layout, concept of the electrical, compressed air, surveillance system etc.), development the new process flow strategy. Collaborate with the Top Management, Constructor architects and project managers to ensure that the requirements, timelines and budgets are achieved. Relocation of all processes in the new plant in 8 days and closing the old plants.

Establishing process technology and cutting tools for metal and plastic parts. Creating NC programs with CAM tools for CNC Milling machines, calculating cutting parameters. 3D design, execution and assembly drawings, technical support for manufacturing.
