As the Project Manager for 'HR Shuttle Manager,' I spearheaded the flight shuttle operations for Europe's largest aircraft manufacturer. Key Responsibilities: * Customized Integration Processes: Developed tailored integration processes to meet individual client needs. * PSS Solution: Implemented and managed our proprietary Passenger Service System (PSS) solution. * Debugging and Monitoring: Utilized Log Faces for debugging, monitoring TTY messages, and addressing issues.

Managing the team responsible for the implementation, distribution and second level support at Hahn Airlines * Implementation / Migration of Hahn Air Interline partners * Second Level Support: escalation to the system providers (Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre, Navitaire, ATPCo) * Maintenance of Hahn Air internal tables and tools * Fare analysis for Hahn Air partners (ATPCo, GDS fares) * Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre Ticket Printer offices for the non-BSP markets – enhancing Hahn Air distribution worldwide

* Hahn Air Ticketing distribution through all the GDS * Maintenance of the GDS terminals * Fare analysis for Hahn Air partners based on data from ATPCo * Hahn Air website maintenance for airline partners and markets * Hahn Air IBE internal booking engine: bookings, ticketing, refunds * Consultant for the Airline Business Group department, where I provided valuable advice on technical details during the negotiation of new interline agreements.

* Hahn Air Ticketing distribution through all the GDS (Interline Tables, GSA Tables, BSP membership, Credit Card tables, restriction tables) * Installation and maintenance of all GDS terminals (Amadeus, Galileo, Apollo, Worldspan, Sabre, Abacus, Axess, Sirena Travel)

Deployment of Interline Electronic Ticketing Agreements for different airlines: FI (Iceland Air), NH (Nippon Airways), MA (Malev Hungarian Airlines), LAN (South America), PU (Pluna Lineas Aereas Uruguayas). * Configuration of the Amadeus Ticketing Server. * Debugging of the EDIFACT messages via the SI Log Reader. * Migration of interlines from other systems to Amadeus, using the Amadeus Gateway. In total, more than 500 interline agreements deployed.
