Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with no assistance from the supervisor Working closely with upper management. Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance. Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports. Expected to conduct system analysis and development, with limited support from professional staff, to keep our systems current with changing technologies. Capable of writing proposals or papers.

Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
