Responsible for effective workload distribution between teams involved in service delivery process. Keep track of all incoming orders from Front end ordering/Sales teams and initial validation followed by assignment. Providing status updates, follow-ups and immediate reactions to unexpected situations like managing high incoming volumes and projects in their initial phase.

Lead and drive ordering projects. Enhance Ordering Processes and Procedures. Coordinate trainings for newcomers. Prepare analysis and presentations. Regular communication, negotiations with teams and partners. Support investigation and resolution of complex issues. Proactively suggest solutions to ensure continuous improvements in areas of responsibilities

Pre-sale and post-sale support, quotation, purchase orders processing, supplier invoices validation, customer billing preparation, other ordering and billing support for Engagement Managers, - Direct communication with assigned customers regarding their requirements (purchase orders, billing issues, equipment delivery, etc.)

Overall responsibility for the day to day processing of all EMEA Power9 MACD orders, BlueSky and Legacy orders received from IBM customer. Provide ad-hoc reporting as required using standard ATT tooling.Mostly in GPS tool. Provide Support for the requirements for Sarbanes Oxley. Provide full back-up support to department Administrators.
